Common signs you might relate to
you wake up around 3AM almost every night
your mind starts racing instantly

1. Your cortisol levels are rising too early
Around 2–3AM, your body naturally starts producing cortisol - a hormone that helps you wake up in the morning.
👉 This is normal.
BUT:
If your stress levels are already high,
this natural rise can wake you up too early.

sudden alertness
racing thoughts
inability to fall back asleep
2. Your nervous system is still “on”
